Genesis 8:21-22
[21]And the LORD smelled a sweet savour; and the LORD said in his heart, I will not again curse the ground any more for man’s sake; for the imagination of man’s heart is evil from his youth; neither will I again smite any more every thing living, as I have done.
[22]While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease.

[16]These six things doth the LORD hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto him:
[17]A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood,
[18]An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief,
[19]A false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren.

[21]Thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Put your burnt offerings unto your sacrifices, and eat flesh.
[22]For I spake not unto your fathers, nor commanded them in the day that I brought them out of the land of Egypt, concerning burnt offerings or sacrifices:
[23]But this thing commanded I them, saying, Obey my voice, and I will be your God, and ye shall be my people: and walk ye in all the ways that I have commanded you, that it may be well unto you.
[24]But they hearkened not, nor inclined their ear, but walked in the counsels and in the imagination of their evil heart, and went backward, and not forward.
Jeremiah 9:13-16
[13]And the LORD saith, Because they have forsaken my law which I set before them, and have not obeyed my voice, neither walked therein;
[14]But have walked after the imagination of their own heart, and after Baalim, which their fathers taught them:
[15]Therefore thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Behold, I will feed them, even this people, with wormwood, and give them water of gall to drink.
[16]I will scatter them also among the heathen, whom neither they nor their fathers have known: and I will send a sword after them, till I have consumed them.
Jeremiah 11:6-11
[6]Then the LORD said unto me, Proclaim all these words in the cities of Judah, and in the streets of Jerusalem, saying, Hear ye the words of this covenant, and do them.
[7]For I earnestly protested unto your fathers in the day that I brought them up out of the land of Egypt, even unto this day, rising early and protesting, saying, Obey my voice.
[8]Yet they obeyed not, nor inclined their ear, but walked every one in the imagination of their evil heart: therefore I will bring upon them all the words of this covenant, which I commanded them to do; but they did them not.
[9]And the LORD said unto me, A conspiracy is found among the men of Judah, and among the inhabitants of Jerusalem.
[10]They are turned back to the iniquities of their forefathers, which refused to hear my words; and they went after other gods to serve them: the house of Israel and the house of Judah have broken my covenant which I made with their fathers.
[11]Therefore thus saith the LORD, Behold, I will bring evil upon them, which they shall not be able to escape; and though they shall cry unto me, I will not hearken unto them.
Jeremiah 13:8-10
[8]Then the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
[9]Thus saith the LORD, After this manner will I mar the pride of Judah, and the great pride of Jerusalem.
[10]This evil people, which refuse to hear my words, which walk in the imagination of their heart, and walk after other gods, to serve them, and to worship them, shall even be as this girdle, which is good for nothing.
Jeremiah 16:11-13
[11]Then shalt thou say unto them, Because your fathers have forsaken me, saith the LORD, and have walked after other gods, and have served them, and have worshipped them, and have forsaken me, and have not kept my law;
[12]And ye have done worse than your fathers; for, behold, ye walk every one after the imagination of his evil heart, that they may not hearken unto me:
[13]Therefore will I cast you out of this land into a land that ye know not, neither ye nor your fathers; and there shall ye serve other gods day and night; where I will not shew you favour.
Romans 1:20-32
[20]For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:
[21]Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.
[22]Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,
[23]And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.
[24]Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves:
[25]Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.
[26]For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:
[27]And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.
[28]And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;
[29]Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers,
[30]Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents,
[31]Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful:
[32]Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.
2 Corinthians 10:3-6
[3]For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh:
[4](For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)
[5]Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;
[6]And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled.
Acts 4:24-25
[24]And when they heard that, they lifted up their voice to God with one accord, and said, Lord, thou art God, which hast made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and all that in them is:
[25]Who by the mouth of thy servant David hast said, Why did the heathen rage, and the people imagine vain things?
Psalms 10:4
[4]The wicked, through the pride of his countenance, will not seek after God: God is not in all his thoughts.
Psalms 94:11
[11]The LORD knoweth the thoughts of man, that they are vanity.

[113]SAMECH. I hate vain thoughts: but thy law do I love.
[114]Thou art my hiding place and my shield: I hope in thy word.
[115]Depart from me, ye evildoers: for I will keep the commandments of my God.
Psalms 139:23-24
[23]Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts:
[24]And see if there be any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.
Proverbs 12:5
[5]The thoughts of the righteous are right: but the counsels of the wicked are deceit.
Proverbs 15:26
[26]The thoughts of the wicked are an abomination to the LORD: but the words of the pure are pleasant words.
Proverbs 16:2-3
[2]All the ways of a man are clean in his own eyes; but the LORD weigheth the spirits.
[3]Commit thy works unto the LORD, and thy thoughts shall be established.
Proverbs 21:5
[5]The thoughts of the diligent tend only to plenteousness; but of every one that is hasty only to want.
Isaiah 55:6-9
[6]Seek ye the LORD while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near:
[7]Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the LORD, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.
[8]For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD.
[9]For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.
Jeremiah 29:11-13
[11]For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.
[12]Then shall ye call upon me, and ye shall go and pray unto me, and I will hearken unto you.
[13]And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart.
